Extra charge per additional adult off seasons : $48 per night, per each additional guest.
Extra charge per additional child, up to 17 years old off seasons: $28 per night, per each additional child. H. seasons supplements for extra number of guests according to the H. seasons list below/
5-10% reduction for more than one month (NOT valid during high season).

Once a week cleaning and bed-linen change.
Unlimited supply of bed linen and towels.
building maintenance fees -EXCLUDING parking fees.

Cable TV (not included in monthly rates).
All taxes. Municipal taxes and water bills are NOT included in Monthly rates.
WiFi interne access

Prices exclude:

V.A.T for companies, paying in any currency whatsoever.
Electricity.
Final cleaning and laundry, after vacating NIS 380-440 according to size of apt.
.Baby cot: NIS 680 per whole rental period.
Kosher equipment: NIS 680 per rental period.
Private parking facilities: NIS 55-70 per day,

Check-in time: From 17.00 p.m.
Check-out time: No latter then11.00 a.m.
unless otherwise arranged with us.
Should you need to stay later - upon availability.We do NOT charge for day use.
Payments, in advance, for booking:
50% upon booking.Total balance no latter then 21 days before arrival
100% for periods shorter than 2 weeks.
100% for the whole period during High-Seasons.
Refund policy:No refund after payements,unless a TOTAL war is officially declaired by the Israeli goverment or in case we'll succeed in re- letting the apt. for the whole period booked
